My thoughts:
The title of this book makes me pick it up and read it. Tough from the title I thought this book would some cliché romantic book i.e. boy meets a girl there’s electricity and they fall in love leaving all this aside, I really liked the book.
The cover is very classy and simple, I liked the page quality worth the money and something that my little cousins won’t ruin. *giggling*
The story of Carmine Basie and Renata Roberts who are happily living with their partners until one fine day destiny gets some other plans for them. Carmine dreams and gets flashbacks of times he lived with Renata. He is soon diagnosed with cancer which cannot be treated.
Carmine then convinces Renata to join him on a journey to unveil his dreams and find some shocking answers. What they discover is for you to find.
I couldn’t leave this book until I finished it. A very gripping and captivating story. The author has done a very good job combining romance with supernatural a very satisfying read.
Though this is only the first book in this series I hope the author’s writers its sequel soon.
Writing style:
The writing style is what impressed me the most. The words and the formation of sentences are so beautifully done. The narration is very detailed and defined.
About the Author:
Jay Morati’s passionate lifetime ambition has always been to become an author. After seven years in the writing and three costly court appearances to try to have his book suppressed, his first novel can now, at last, be published. Finally, his story can now be told.
